The practice has a “Patient Participation Group” membership of which is made up from patients registered at the practice who attend either the Claypath Medical Centre or University Health Centre.
We are currently actively seeking new members to join the group to ensure a wider representation of our patient population.
The aim of the group is that by working together we can continue to develop and improve the services we are able to offer patients.
The Patient Participation Group meets several times a year and is made up of patients and practice staff. If you are interested in joining this group please contact Gillian Bevan, General Manager, who would be happy to discuss this with you. Alternatively, please complete the attached form and return it to reception at either of our two surgery sites.
